About Young Leaders Academy

We live in extraordinary times. All around us, in communities and organizations, in business and society, the environment and the economy, small changes and big transitions are happening or urgently needed. Are we heading in the right direction? Can we paint a compelling picture of a better future? How do we get there? How do you and I contribute?

We are in need of leaders, working with passion and purpose, to realize potential: in themselves, their environments and the world. The current context requires leaders to utilize the power of their internal sources to create meaning for others. Leaders who want to be the best for the world, co-creating to reach ambitious goals to support the common good.

Young people are talented, equipped to be a powerful source of innovation – they are natural change agents. There’s lots of amazing young people all around the world, willing to make a difference, willing to lead (and already doing so).

At Young Leaders Academy, we are passionate about leadership development for young people. We facilitate young leaders in discovering their inner voice, exploring their context, learning about leadership, developing and sharing their vision, making it happen, by developing a leadership serious game (launch: end 2012), and building a community for connecting and learning.

Young Leaders Academy supports young leaders unlocking and developing their potential to create positive change. Guiding talents, creating growth!
